The Sam project embodies SOKÏO’s vision for urban multi-unit housing. Developed in collaboration with Quinzhee and Genius, the concept was designed to be replicable, offering an efficient and sustainable response to the growing demand for housing.
The project relies on a semi-load-bearing envelope entirely prefabricated in the SOKÏO plant, optimizing material use.
